Thank you for registering for NRHA's Rural Health Clinic Conference Sept. 17-18 or Critical Access Hospital Conference Sept. 18-20 in Kansas City. This email is your confirmation and receipt for your registration. An invoice for your records can be provided on request.

The Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center is located at 2345 McGee Street in the heart of downtown Kansas City, 20 miles from Kansas City International airport.

Shared shuttle service is $17 one way or $29 round trip per person. The shuttle leaves from the baggage claim area at 5 minutes to the hour and 25 minutes after the hour. Reservations are not required. Taxi is approximately $35-40.

NRHA's discounted hotel rate is $185 plus tax before the Aug. 16 discount deadline or until rooms sell out. NRHA events consistently sell out early, so don’t delay booking your room.

This year's conferences will provide more than 20 concurrent sessions and the opportunity to network with your professional colleagues to make a difference. Speaker-provided session materials will be posted on NRHA Connect and on the conference app. Email our membership team for help logging in to NRHA Connect.

Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled by Aug. 27 can be refunded less a 30% administrative fee. Cancellations made after Aug. 27 and no-shows cannot be refunded.
